eQuotes allow you to view quotes sent to you from your Fastenal branch. You can review, edit, and approve the order, all from Fastenal.com. eQuote benefits include:

• Quickly approve orders
• Make changes to quantities or add parts without contacting your sales representative
• Receive immediate email notification when a quote is pending approval
• Reorder from an eQuote for 30 days
• Get orders processed faster by eliminating the need to fax, email, or call your Fastenal branch

Users & Permissions Help

This tool allows you to create custom profiles for each user within your business – what they can access, how much they can order, and whether approval is required before their orders go to Fastenal. The goal is to provide easy ordering, but with total purchasing control. Benefits include:

• Control how much individual employees can purchase
• Create "Request Only" users who must have their orders approved before submission to Fastenal
• Grant access to view open balances, cross referenced part number information, and usage reporting

You must be an administrator of the account in order to view or update users and permissions.

FAST360° Help

FAST360° provides you with a view of your item inventory and spend managed by Fastenal. Using part-level data from your Fastenal vending machine and bin stock, Fastenal is able to offer you inventory visibility and spend analysis to products and locations in a variety of ways.

Fastenal.com offers hundreds of thousands of parts online, including 60,000+ fasteners. You can quickly access information on these parts, including your local branch's availability, your custom pricing, CAD drawings, SDS documentation, and product specifications. Search benefits include:
