Open Balances and Statements
Open Balances and Statements section lets you search Online history, Open Balances, and all other invoice transactions from a single page.
Open Balances
No Open Balances
You cannot see Open Balances for the following reasons:
- You must be logged in to see your Open Balances.
- You do not have any Authenticated customers. Your account administrator can authenticate branch accounts to view them online.
- You do not have access to Open Balances. Your account administrator can grant you access by changing your permissions.
